Join us in congratulating Dr. Rajul Patel '01, '06, Department of Pharmacy Practice, and his team for securing a grant from United Way of San Joaquin for the project Medicare Part D Community Service Program for $5000.  Each year the Medicare Part D outreach events assist more than 1,600 Medicare beneficiaries with their Medicare Part D plans.
