Community

Benerd School of Education has many programs that allow students to work with current teachers and area school children, from its popular Book Buddies after-school reading program, to tutoring area children, to its many Tomorrow Project academies that offer music, science and math. Working with children and teachers gives ours students real-life experience that makes them better prepared for the job market when they graduate. It also helps our students make professional connections before their careers begin, thus giving them an advantage they day they graduate.
