The mission of Student Accounts is to support and advise students in understanding their financial obligations to Pacific with the patience and effective communication that will encourage their development into financially responsible adults.
We interact daily with students, parents, faculty, staff and administrators along with outside agencies either in person, by phone, fax or email and can provide assistance to questions regarding billing charges and disputes.

Please review your account for any holds. Having a hold could impact your ability to utilize University services, such as participate in early registration. If you have a hold on your account, please contact the Student Accounts Office for assistance on how to clear your hold.
